Sign the contract to build your new home and apply for a construction loan.
Complete detailed drawings for your new home and apply for building permit.
Copper Creek Homes uses an online tool that allows you to see all the details of your home building process updated with any photos, schedule changes or selections required. The real-time updates help keep things on schedule. You can even upload photos for inspiration for your home.
Close on construction loan and begin construction of your new home.
There will be several scheduled walk-throughs with your project manager to see the progress and ensures everything meets or exceeds your expectations.
Make selections for your new home such as: tile, lighting, countertops, flooring, appliances, fixtures, finishes, paint colors etc. etc. Overwhelmed?! Not to worry — at no extra cost, Copper Creek Homes partners with design firms to streamline the selection process and make recommendations based on your style and preferences.
All details are finalized, final walk-through completed and client moves in! Copper Creek Homes will provide: pre-drywall walkthrough, pre-closing walkthrough, one-year service, Home Builder’s Association Warranty, 15-year foundation warranty, and full manufacturer warranties.
Copper Creek Homes returns one year post move-in to fix any nail pops, typical with any new construction, and ensure your new home is as expected.
