Ranjit, owner of Copper Creek Homes, built our home in 2007. Our goal was to build a “southern home” in Cincinnati and he did that for us, complete with all of the things that were important to us. I have had many people comment on the quality of the workmanship. He built the house in 9 months. Ranjit was easy to work with and on-site overseeing the construction. He always returned our phone calls in a timely manner. We are very happy with our home and it was the perfect home for us to raise our four, now grown, children. We built a custom home with Copper Creek in 2016. During the design phase, Ranjit and his team were responsive, engaged, and struck just the right balance between doing what we asked and providing insightful advice based on their experience and expertise.

We have heard many “horror” stories about other builders not delivering on even close to on-time and/or delivering poor quality work. Copper Creek was just the opposite. Despite labor availability challenges, our home was beautifully built, 99% complete, on budget, and delivered right on our required move in date. A few remaining items were quickly completed afterward. Everything on the one-year punch list was checked off efficiently. Even after three years in our home, Ranjit proactively covered two expensive fixes to our front door and generator!

I built a home with Cooper Creek Homes from vision and meeting with the architect to finished product. The entire process was easy and comfortable. All subs and vendors were top-notch.
